Hot Stone Massage

Smooth basalt volcanic rocks are heated and with essential oils are used to massage the body and placed at chakra points of the body. The heat of the stones penetrate deep into muscle tissues and due to the heat the muscles relax 4-5 times quicker than a standard massage. This eases muscle tension, revitalises muscle tissue by increasing blood circulation. The deep relaxation and increased blood flow to the areas being massaged increases the healing potential and also creates a state of deep mental relaxation.
